Will formulas be preserved?

No. PDFs store values, not formulas. You will get the calculated numbers in cells, not the original Excel formulas.

My PDF is a scan - will this work?

Scanned PDFs are images, not text. You need OCR (optical character recognition) to extract the data first. Try an OCR tool, then convert the resulting searchable PDF to Excel.

Is my file kept after I download?
