Live PDF Print Preview Editor — Text Ink & Embedded Pictures

This is an online PDF color changer for printing: black-to-blue text, navy homework ink, marketing drafts without heavy black, or softer mixes when your PDF mixes charts with photos. You get a large live preview (instant refresh when you move sliders), optional advanced modes for colorful embedded images, and a browser-only workflow — nothing uploads to a conversion queue. It does not replace Acrobat’s vector word picker; for sentence-level edits see Edit PDF or PDF to Word.

How it works

  1. Upload your PDF — the preview fills automatically.
  2. Choose ink color (wheel or presets), adjust Ink strength, open Advanced if photos inside the PDF need softer logic.
  3. Flip pages from the preview dropdown on multi-page files.
  4. Click Apply ink color & download — export matches what you saw.

Frequently asked questions

Does live preview match my downloaded PDF?
Yes. Preview renders one selected page at a tuned zoom for speed; export renders each page at a fixed higher DPI pipeline — visually aligned.
How do I change PDF text color without uploading?
This runs purely with pdf.js in your tab — PDF bytes stay local.
How do embedded JPG or PNG pictures behave?
Default Advanced setting detects saturated pixels (photos) and applies lighter blending than bare text. Choose Unified if you want one harsh ink curve everywhere.
Can I change black text to blue in PDF?
Yes — presets include blues/navy; the mixer accepts any hex color.
Same as Adobe Acrobat font color?
No — Acrobat edits vectors per glyph; we raster-blend by luminance for fast whole-document output.
Printer zero black toner?
Not guaranteed — composite profiles still add black; treat export as “visually less pure black.”
